AMERICAN LEADERSHIP FORUM PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO DEVELOP EFFECTIVE NETWORKS OF COLLABORATION AMONG OREGON LEADERS, BUILDING THE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ATTITUDES NEEDED TO COLLECTIVELY SOLVE PROBLEMS WITHIN AND AMONG OREGON COMMUNITIES. 2021 PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDED:- GRADUATED TWO CLASSES (ONE WITH 14 FELLOWS AND THE OTHER WITH 15 FELLOWS) IN OUR FIRST-EVER YEAR HOLDING ALL CLASSES VIRTUALLY. - SUCCESSFULLY RECRUITED CLASSES FOR OUR FY22, TWO CLASSES WITH A TOTAL OF 34 PARTICIPANTS. - COMPLETED ALL THREE URBAN RURAL CONNECTION PROJECTS AND HELD VIRTUAL PROGRAM FEATURING ALL PROJECTS.- WITH THE SUPPORT OF OUR FELLOWS PROGRAM GRADUATES, WE LAUNCHED AT LEAST 6 NEW COMMITTEE GROUPS THAT OFFER PROGRAMMING TO OUR NETWORK.
