ARROW LEADERSHIP INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES TRAINS CHRISTIAN LEADERS BY OFFERING TWO LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS. ONE FOCUSES ON PERSONAL AND PASTORAL LEADERSHIP AND THE OTHER PROVIDES ORGANIZATIONAL TRAINING FOR CHRISTIAN EXECUTIVES. IN 2020, 8 ONE-WEEK LONG COURSES WERE DELIVERED ON LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND 214 PERSONS ATTENDED EITHER VIRTUALLY OR IN PERSON. APPROXIMATELY 100-120 LEADERS ATTENDED THE SHARPENING LEADER'S INITIATIVE PROGRAM VIRTUALLY.
