WOMEN IN RESEARCH IS WORKING TO IMPROVE GENDER EQUALITY IN THE MARKETING MEASUREMENT INDUSTRY. OUR MISSION IS TO INSPIRE AND FACILITATE LEADERSHIP, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, AND MENTORING IN ORDER TO FURTHER DEVELOP WOMEN'S CAREERS AND CULTIVATE THE NECESSARY RESOURCES, TOOLS AND NETWORKS.

DURING 2021, WOMEN IN RESEARCH "WIRE" WAS ABLE TO SERVE NEARLY 15,000 PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY WORLDWIDE THROUGH PROGRAMS LIKE OUR ANNUAL WEBINAR SERIES, VIRTUAL EDUCATIONAL EVENTS AND ONLINE COMMUNITIES. 2021 ALSO SAW THE LAUNCH OF THE HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL "WIRE ACCELERATE" PROGRAM, A COLLECTION OF FULLY REMOTE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT LEARNING OPPORTUNTIES FOUNDED ON THE WISDOM AND EXPERTISE OF WOMEN IN RESEARCH. WIRE ALSO CO-SPONSORED AN IMPORTANT RESEARCH INITIATIVE CALLED "INSIDE THE RESEARCHER MINDSET," WHICH LOOKED DEEPLY AT THE CURRENT STATE AND FUTURE OF THE INSIGHTS INDUSTRY. WE ALSO CONTINUED IN THE EIGHTH YEAR OF OUR AWARD-WINNING ONE-TO-ONE MENTORING PROGRAM, GROWTH OF OUR "WIRE IN COLOR" PROGRAM, AND OTHER PROGRAMS AND PARTNERSHIPS TO SUPPORT MRX.
