THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES SUPPORT IN TRAINING IN A NUMBER OF RELATED FIELDS SUCH AS RECREATION, PERSONAL ADJUSTMENT, COMMUNITY SKILLS TRAINING, TO ENHANCE EMPLOYABILITY, COPING SKILLS AND SECURE SELF SUFFICIENCY IN SOCIETY. THIS FACILITIES DESIGN/TAILOR PROGRAMS DESIGNED FOR INDIVIDUALS AS NEEDED FOR SUCCESSFUL INCLUSION IN COMMUNITY LIVING. REACH, INC. OPERATES AN 110,000 SQUARE FOOT WOOD MILL PROVIDING TRAINING AND JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES AND OTHER BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT. PROCEEDS FROM THE MILLS' PRODUCTS CONTRIBUTE IMPORTANTLY TO FURTHER TRAINING AND EDUCATION. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO OPERATES DOCUMENT DESTRUCTION AND RECYCLING SERVICES.
