THE ORGANIZATION SERVES THE MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED POPULATIONS OF MERCED AND STANISLAUS COUNTIES. SERVICES RENDERED INCLUDE FAMILY PRACTICE, INFANT/CHILDHOOD PHYSICALS, IMMUNIZATIONS, GYNECOLOGY, CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT, COMPREHENSIVE PERINATAL SERVICES, LABORATORY, ULTRASOUND, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, DENTAL, AND CLINIC-BASED EDUCATION.
