THE SANTA ROSA COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS ARE DEDICATED TO PROVIDING EXCELLENT, COMPREHENSIVE PRIMARY HEALTH CARE, PREVENTION, AND HEALTH EDUCATION FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE UNINSURED AND UNDERINSURED IN SANTA ROSA, REGARDLESS OF ABILITY TO PAY.

SANTA ROSA COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS (SRCHC) IS A 501(C)3 NON-PROFIT FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER THAT PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE PRIMARY CARE TO LOW-INCOME AND UNINSURED PEOPLE IN SONOMA COUNTY. WE OPERATE NINE SITES THAT PROVIDED 197,794 MEDICAL, DENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH VISITS TO 42,463 PATIENTS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR. OUR MISSION IS PROVIDING EXCELLENT, PATIENT-CENTERED, PRIMARY HEALTH CARE AND HEALTH EDUCATION TO UNDERSERVED PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY, REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY. WE'RE DEDICATED TO CARING FOR THE WHOLE PERSON WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT, AND COMMITTED TO THE EDUCATION OF HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS.
