(TVHC) IS A 501(C)(3) COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER ORGANIZATION THAT HAS PROVIDED COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL CARE, ORAL HEALTH SERVICES, VISION SERVICES, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES, ENABLING SERVICES, COMMUNITY HEALTH EDUCATION, FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES, AND WIC NUTRITION SERVICES TO MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED AND VULNERABLE POPULATIONS IN SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL ALAMEDA COUNTY SINCE 1971.
