DIRECT PATIENT CARE - TCC PROVIDES APPROXIMATELY 140,000 MEDICAL, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND DENTAL VISITS AND OVER 55,000 SOCIAL SERVICE AND EDUCATION VISITS ANNUALLY TO ALMOST 40,000 PATIENTS IN THE COMMUNITY. TCC SERVED 1200 INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS AND DISTRIBUTED OVER 500,000 LBS. OF FRESH FOOD AND VEGETABLES AND PROVIDED EXTENSIVE COVID-19 EDUCATION, SCREENING, TESTING AND TREATMENT AND FOLLOW-UP CARE, AND 15,000 COVID-19 VACCINATIONS AND BOOSTERS BOTH IN TCC'S HEALTH CENTER SITES AND IN SCHOOLS AND PARKS LOCATED IN THE DIVERSE COMMUNITIES AFFECTED INEQUITABLY BY THE PANDEMIC.
