PROVIDE FIVE CORE SERVICES (INFORMATION AND REFERRAL, PEER COUNSELING, INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS TRAINING, ADVOCACY (INDIVIDUAL AND SYSTEM), AND TRANSITION) AND OTHER PROJECTS THAT PROMOTE INDEPENDENT LIVING AND EQUAL ACCESS FOR ALL PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES DIRECTLY THROUGHOUT NORTH-CENTRAL AND EASTERN OREGON AND INDIRECTLY STATEWIDE, REGIONALLY, NATIONALLY AND GLOBALLY AS DEFINED BY THE 2014 WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT (WIOA), WHICH REPLACES THE WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT OF 1988 (WIA) AND AMENDS THE REHABILITATION ACT OF 1973 (REHABILITATION ACT).
