TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND ACCESSIBLE HOUSING FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT, PLANNING, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND HOUSING SERVICES.

OWNER MANAGER AND 3RD PARTY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES HOUSING VERY LOW-INCOME ADULTS' TENANTS LIVING WITH DISABILITIES OR OTHER SPECIAL NEEDS. THIS INCLUDES 20 GROUP HOMES SERVING 100 ADULTS, SHARED HOUSING IN 23 SINGLE FAMILY HOMES SERVING 69 INDIVIDUALS AND 4 APARTMENT BUILDINGS HOUSING 59 INDIVIDUALS.


HOUSING SERVICES - MANAGES MULTIPLE SHELTER TYPE SITES HOUSING AT RISK HOMELESS ADULTS LIVING WITH DISABILITIES OR OTHER SPECIAL NEEDS. WORKS WITH THE CITY OF OAKLAND AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO COORDINATE SERVICES FOR RESIDENTS. ALL RESIDENTS ARE ENTERED INTO THE ALAMEDA COUNTY COORDINATED ENTRY SYSTEM FOR EVALUATION AND TRANSITION INTO PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING. SITES INCLUDE SPACE FOR 95 AT RISK HOMELESS SENIOR ADULTS IN A SRO SHELTER, SPACE FOR 90 RESIDENT OWNED RV'S HOUSING BETWEEN 90 AND 180 INDIVIDUALS. UP TO 60 INDIVIDUALS RESIDING IN PASSENGER VEHICLE SAFE PARKING SITES AND SPACE FOR 128 AT RISK HOMELESS SENIOR ADULTS RESIDING IN 81 FEMA TRAILERS.
