PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - OWNER MANAGER AND 3RD PARTY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES HOUSING VERY LOW INCOME ADULTS TENANTS LIVING WITH DISABILITIES OR OTHER SPECIAL NEEDS. THIS INCLUDES 20 GROUP HOMES SERVING 100 ADULTS, SHARED HOUSING IN 23 SINGLE FAMILY HOMES SERVING 69 INDIVIDUALS AND 4 APARTMENT BUILDINGS HOUSING 59 INDIVIDUALS.
HOUSING SERVICES - MANAGES MULTIPLE SHELTER TYPE SITES HOUSING AT RISK HOMELESS ADULTS LIVING WITH DISABILITIES OR OTHER SPECIAL NEEDS. WORKS WITH THE CITY OF OAKLAND AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO COORDINATE SERVICES FOR RESIDENTS.
