RESIDENTIAL SERVICES AND SUPPORTS: PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES ARE SUPPORTED IN GROUP SETTINGS WITH ONSITE SUPPORT FOR SAFETY AND PERSONAL CARE REQUIREMENTS, SKILL BUILDING TO ADDRESS INDIVIDUALLY IDENTIFIED GOALS, AND LOW-INCOME HOUSING TO ACCOMMODATE FIXED INCOMES.
SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT AND DAY SERVICES: PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES ARE PROVIDED WITH PERSONAL CARE SUPPORTS AND SKILL BUILDING IN A SUPERVISED SETTING. ADULTS WHO EXPERIENCE INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES ARE SUPPORTED IN EXPLORING THEIR CAREER SKILLS AND INTERESTS, IDENTIFYING AND SECURING INDIVIDUALIZED COMMUNITY BASED JOBS, AND SUPPORT IN RETAINING THESE JOBS.
