HOME CARE SERVICESFULL LIFE CARE PROVIDED IN HOME CARE SERVICES TO HUNDREDS OF CLIENTS WITH OVER 350 HOME CARE AIDES. THIS SERVICE ALLOWS THE CLIENT TO REMAIN IN THEIR HOME FOR AS LONG AS POSSIBLE AND AVOID INSTITUTIONAL CARE OF THE RISK OF HOMELESSNESS.ADULT DAY SERVICESFULL LIFE CARE PROVIDED ADULT DAY HEALTH CARE TO OVER 875 FRAIL ELDERS AND ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES AT 3 LOCATIONS IN KING AND SNOHOMISH COUNTIES. SERVICES INCLUDED SKILLED NURSING, REHABILITATIVE THERAPY, AND SOCIAL PROGRAMS WHICH HELPED PERSONS WITH CHRONIC HEALTH CONDITIONS SUCH AS STROKE, DEMENTIA, ACQUIRED BRAIN INJURY, AND DEVELOPMENT DISABILITIES AVOID LIFE IN A NURSING HOME OR OTHER INSTITUTIONAL SETTING.
