TO PROVIDE MEDICAL COVERAGE TO OREGON HEALTH PLAN MEMBERS AS A PROJECT UNDER THE MEDICAID PROGRAM SERVING APPROXIMATELY 80,788 ENROLLEES WITH FULLY CAPITATED HEALTHCARE USING A COMMUNITY-BASED MODEL. IN COOPERATION WITH THE STATE OF OREGON, HEALTH SERVICES INCLUDING MEDICAL, PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS AND DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT ARE PROVIDED TO QUALIFIED MEMBERS.
