PROMOTION OF ACCESSIBLE, AFFORDABLE, AND QUALITY HEALTH CARE FOR WASHINGTON STATE. PROVISION OF PRIMARY HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO ALMOST 92,120 NETWORK MEMBERS PRIMARILY PARTICIPATING IN MEDICAID. IN APRIL 2020, THE NETWORK APPLIED FOR AN INSURANCE LICENSE TO OFFER HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE. THE NETWORK WAS SUCCESSFUL IN ITS APPLICATION AND, AS OF JUNE 2020, THE NETWORK BECAME LICENSED AS A HEALTH CARE SERVICE CONTRACTOR BY THE WASHINGTON STATE OFFICE OF THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER (THE OIC). EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2021, THE COMPANY PROVIDES HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE TO ENROLLEES OF THE WASHINGTON STATE HEALTH CARE AUTHORITY'S (HCA) MANAGED CARE "PUBLIC OPTION" PROGRAM KNOWN AS CASCADE SELECT.
