IT IS OUR VISION THAT EVERY PERSON WILL HAVE HEALTHCARE AND ACCESS TO ALL THE SERVICES NEEDED TO SUPPORT HEALTHY LIVING IN OUR COMMUNITY. USING OUR OUTREACH, ENROLLMENT, RETENTION AND UTILIZATION (OERU) MODEL, OUR FULLY CERTIFIED AND LICENSED HEALTH ACCESS SPECIALISTS HAVE ASSISTED OVER 28,000 INDIVIDUALS TO ENROLL IN HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE INCLUDING MEDI-CAL, MEDICARE, COVERED CALIFORNIA AND PRIVATE INSURANCE PLANS. IN ADDITION, WE ASSIST INDIVIDUALS IN RETAINING THEIR COVERAGE AND HELP CONNECT THEM TO HEALTH CARE SERVICES. WE OFFER THESE SERVICES FROM OUR OFFICES LOCATED IN FOUR CALIFORNIA COUNTIES - LOS ANGELES, NAPA, SANTA CLARA AND SOLANO.
