THE FIRST SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE THE SECURE AND APPROPRIATE SHARING OF ELECTRONIC HEALTH AND CLINICAL DATA AMONG DIVERSE ORGANIZATIONS FACILITATING ACCESS AND RETRIEVAL OF DATA FOR HEALTH CARE PURPOSES, AND TO USE THAT INDIVIDUAL, AGGREGATED AND COMPARATIVE CLINICAL DATA TO IMPROVE HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR CLINICIANS AND CITIZENS OF HUMBOLDT COUNTY AND NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
