PROGRAM SERVICES - PROVIDED FISHERIES REHABILITATION, ENHANCEMENT, AND DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES IN THE PRINCE WILLIAM SOUND AND THE COPPER RIVER REGION OF ALASKA.PROGRAM SERVICES ARE THE COST THAT DIRECTLY RELATE TO EACH INDIVDIUAL HATCHERY FOR THE FISH CULTURE MAINTENANCE AND ADMINSTRATION OF THE HATCHERY.
