TO INCREASE THE POPULATION OF SALMON, STEELHEAD, AND SEA RUN CUTTHROAT TROUT IN THE CHEHALIS RIVER BASIN. ALSO TO CONSERVE, RESTORE, AND ENHANCE THE HABITAT FOR THE FISH IN THE CHEHALIS RIVER BASIN AND TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON CONSERVATION. OPERATION OF SATSOP SPRINGS FISH HATCHERY TO RAISE AND RELEASE FISH TO IMPROVE POPULATIONS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR RECREATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL FISHERMEN.
