CELEBRATE WALLA WALLA VALLEY WINE, ORGANIZED BY THE WALLA WALLA VALLEY WINE ALLIANCE, CONTINUES TO SHOWCASE THE DEPTH AND BREADTH OF QUALITY IN THE WALLA WALLA VALLEY WINE REGION. IN 2024, THE EVENT ATTRACTED 300 ATTENDEES FROM 12 STATES AND BRITISH COLUMBIA, WHO PURCHASED 1,078 TICKETS OVER THE THREE-DAY CELEBRATION. WITH PARTICIPATION FROM 58 WALLA WALLA VALLEY WINERIES AND 3 VISITING WINERIES, THE EVENT HIGHLIGHTED THE CAMARADERIE AND INNOVATION AMONGST WINEMAKERS. THE 2023 EVENT ALSO SAW ENGAGEMENT FROM 10 MEDIA GUESTS AND 17 EVENT SPONSORS, DEMONSTRATING THE EVENT'S IMPACT ON PROMOTING THE REGION AS AN INTERNATIONALLY ACCLAIMED WINE BRAND.
WANDER WALLA WALLA VALLEY WINE IS AN ANNUAL CURATED ITINERARY SERIES THAT DRIVES TOURISM TO THE WALLA WALLA VALLEY DURING FALL AND WINTER MONTHS WHEN TRADITIONAL TRAVEL STARTS TO TAPER OFF. IN 2023, WANDER GENERATED OVER 700 ITINERARY DOWNLOADS FROM 314 INDIVIDUALS, WITH OUT-OF-STATE REGISTRANTS ACCOUNTING FOR HALF OF THE PARTICIPANTS. THE CAMPAIGN'S PAID SOCIAL MEDIA EFFORTS RESULTED IN 800,000 IMPRESSIONS AND NEARLY 10,000 CLICKS TO THE CAMPAIGN WEBSITE, DEMONSTRATING THE CONTINUED SUCCESS OF WANDER IN PROMOTING THE REGION'S WINERIES, RESTAURANTS, BUSINESSES, PARKS, AND ATTRACTIONS.
THE WINE ALLIANCE HAS BEEN A KEY INSTIGATOR AND DRIVER OF COLLABORATIVE LOCAL, REGIONAL, AND BI-STATE EFFORTS TO PROMOTE WINE TOURISM AT ALL LEVELS OF ENGAGEMENT.
