MEMBERS SHARE A COMMON PURPOSE IN ENSURING THAT EFFORTS UNDERTAKEN TO RECOVER SALMON AND WILDLIFE AFFECTED BY OPERATIONS OF THE FEDERAL HYDROSYSTEM IN THE NORTHWEST ARE BASED IN SOUND SCIENCE AND ARE COST-EFFECTIVE.
