CONSERVATION VOTERS NEW MEXICO EDUCATION FUND HELPS PEOPLE MAKE REAL CHANGES IN THEIR COMMUNITIES BY PROTECTING AND IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF THEIR WATER, AIR, NEIGHBORHOODS, FARMLANDS, AND WILDLIFE. WE WORK TO GIVE CITIZENS THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS THEY NEED TO BE EFFECTIVE ADVOCATES FOR CONSERVATION AND ENGAGE IN DECISION-MAKING SPACES.
BUILD CAPACITY AMONG THE BROADER NEW MEXICO ENVIRONMENTAL COMMUNITY BY FOSTERING COLLABORATION, DEVELOPING UNIFIED GOALS AND PRIORITIES, AND PROVIDING TRAINING TO ENVIRONMENTAL ALLIES. LOBBY ON BEHALF OF PRO- ENVIRONMENT LEGISLATION, TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE, AT THE NEW MEXICO STATE LEGISLATURE.
