OUR MISSION IS TO ADVANCE THE POWER AND WELL-BEING OF LATINX IMMIGRANTS THROUGH EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION, AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZING.

THE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS INCREASE THE EARNING POTENTIAL OF LATINX IMMIGRANT WORKERS BY ORGANIZING DAY LABORERS AND DOMESTIC WORKERS, DISPATCHING WORKERS TO JOBS AT FAIR WAGES, PROVIDING REFERRALS TO MORE PERMANENT JOBS, AS WELL AS OFFERING WORKSHOPS ON JOB SAFETY, GREEN GARDENING, GREEN CLEANING, MOVING, HOME CARE, IMPROVING WORKPLACE SAFETY, AND PROVIDING WORKERS WITH MARKETABLE SKILLS.


THE COMMUNITY ORGANIZING PROGRAMS ENCOURAGE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, INCREASE AWARENESS AND KNOWLEDGE ON WORKER RIGHTS, AND PROVIDES SUPPORT AMONG LATINX DOMESTIC WORKERS AND DAY LABORERS.


THE EDUCATION PROGRAM PROVIDES CLASSES ON COMPUTER AND FINANCIAL LITERACY, ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE, AND SPANISH.
