THE ILEAP GLOBAL LEADERSHIP ACADEMY (GLA) ENCOMPASSES ALL OF ILEAP'S FULLLY ONLINE/DISTANCE PROGRAMS. THE GLA WAS CREATED DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND THE PROGRAMS ARE FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, COLLEGE-AGED STUDENTS AND YOUNG PROFESSIONALS. TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE LEADERSHIP, MANAGEMENT, CLIMATE CHANGE, FOOD SYSTEMS, GENDER, AND DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION.


PERENNIAL LEADERSHIP IS A FISCALLY SPONSORED PROGRAM OF ILEAP THAT HAS ITS ORIGINS IN ILEAP AS THE ILEAP INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIP. PERENNIAL PARTICIPANTS ARE FROM AFRICA, ASIA, LATIN AMERICA AND THE MIDDLE EAST AND THEY PARTICIPATE IN DIFFERENT ONLINE PROGRAMS THAT RANGE IN LENGTH FROM 1 TO 4 WEEKS IN LENGTH. PROGRAMS IN 2022 EMPHASIZED LEADERSHIP AND WELLBEING PRACTICES.
