THE GLOBAL LEADERSHIP ACADEMY (GLA) ENCOMPASSES ALL OF ILEAP'S FULLY ONLINE/DISTANCE PROGRAMS. THE GLA WAS CREATED DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND THE PROGRAMS ARE FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, COLLEGE-AGED STUDENTS AND YOUNG PROFESSIONALS. THESE PARTICIPANTS CAN JOIN GLA PROGRAMS FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. GLA PROGRAMS ARE FULLY ONLINE, BUT MAINTAIN THE SAME EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING PRINCIPLES AS OUR IN-PERSON PROGRAMS.
PERENNIAL IS THE EVOLUTION OF ILEAP GLOBAL WHICH CONSISTED OF THE FORMALLY KNOW, ILEAP INTERNATIONAL FELLOWSHIP. THIS WAS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMING FOR COMMUNITY-BASED LEADERS WORKING IN AFRICA, ASIA-PACIFIC, LATIN AMERICA, AND THE MIDDLE EAST.
