WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT: WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT IS A NEW AND GROWING BODY OF WORK AT WITHINREACH. ALONG WITH KING COUNTY, WITHINREACH WORKS TO SUPPORT THE DESIGN AND BUILDING OF A PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM FOR ALL PROVIDERS IN KING COUNTY WHO WORK WITH A FAMILY WITH A CHILD PRENATAL TO FIVE YEARS OF AGE. THIS SYSTEM WILL INCLUDE COMPREHENSIVE TRAININGS IN A NUMBER OF AREAS DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE CARE AND SUPPORT THAT PROFESSIONALS PROVIDE TO FAMILIES IN THEIR CARE. WITHINREACH'S ROLE ENCOMPASSES THE PLANNING AND COORDINATION OF THESE TRAININGS, INCLUDING MANAGING CONTRACTS WITH A COHORT OF APPROVED TRAINERS.
