SOUTHSIDE SENIOR & COMMUNITY CENTER IS A DYNAMIC, MULTICULTURAL AND INTERGENERATIONAL NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO PROVIDE A WARM AND STIMULATING ENVIRONMENT OF PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES FOR MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY AND ESPECIALLY FOR ITS SENIOR MEMBERS. OF MAJOR IMPORTANCE IS ENCOURAGING SENIOR MEMBERS TO REMAIN INDEPENDENT BY PARTICIPATING IN A CREATIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR GROWTH AND LEARNING THROUGH DANCING, CARD GAMES, CRAFTS, EXCURSIONS, EXERCISE, ART, EDUCATIONAL CLASSES AND HEALTH SERVICES.
