LOW INCOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM-TO PROVIDE DIRECT ENERGY ASSISTANCE TO LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL GRANT REGULATIONS.


EMERGENCY HOUSING, HOMELESS, AND FOOD PROGRAMS-TO PROVIDE HOUSING, ASSISTANCE, AND FOOD TO LOW INCOME AND HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITY. ALSO, TO PROVIDE EDUCATION REGARDING THE FOOD STAMP PROGRAM.


MATERNAL SUPPORT SERVICES AND SERVICES UNDER THE WIC PROGRAM-TO PROVIDE HEALTH ASSISTANCE AND EDUCATION TO LOW INCOME MOTHERS IN THE COMMUNITY AND TO PROVIDE NUTRITION ASSESSMENT, EDUCATION, AND OTHER NUTRITION ASSISTANCE TO LOW-INCOME WOMEN, INFANTS, AND CHILDREN IN THE COMMUNITY.
