SUPPORTIVE LIVING: DURING THE YEAR 2021, SUPPORT WAS PROVIDED FOR APPROXIMATELY 148 ADULTS WITH VARYING DEGREES OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES SO THEY MAY LIVE AND EXPERIENCE LIFE OUTSIDE OF INSTITUTIONS. THE GOALS OF COMMUNITY LIVING INCLUDE ENABLING PEOPLE TO ASSUME PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR LIVES BY PROVIDING SUPPORT SERVICES, WHICH PROMOTE AND ENHANCE SELF-ESTEEM, INTERDEPENDENCE, DECISION-MAKING, AND THE EXERCISING OF CIVIL AND PERSONAL RIGHTS.
