THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED SUPPORT SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE PORTLAND METROPOLITAN AREA. THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTED ITS CUSTOMERS BY HELPING THEM DETERMINE AND DIRECT THEIR OWN LIVES AND RESOURCES. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY ASSISTING ELIGIBLE INDIVIDUALS IN PLANNING THEIR SUPPORT, TRAINING, AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE.
