ACCESS ALASKA, INC.'S PROGRAM OBJECTIVES FOLLOW THE STATE PLAN FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING (SPIL). THE RELATIVE IMPORTANCE OF EACH OF THESE ISSUES VARIES BY REGION OF THE STATE.
