TO PRODUCE THE SEATTLE BOAT SHOW AND THE ANACORTES BOAT & YACHT SHOW WITH AN ANNUAL ATTENDANCE OF 50,000+ PEOPLE. DUE TO THE IMPACT OF COVID-19, THE 2021 SEATTLE BOAT SHOW WAS PRODUCED AS A DIGITAL FORMAT. THE 2021 ANACORTES BOAT & YACHT SHOW WAS CHANGED TO A FREE ADMISSION VENUE WITH IN WATER BOATS ON DISPLAY.


TO ORGANIZE MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES TO HELP EDUCATE MEMBERS (ANNUAL MEETING, MONTHLY SEMINARS AND MARINA CONFERENCE) AS WELL AS REPRESENT MEMBERS IN WASHINGTON STATE LEGISLATURE. NMTA HAD GREAT SUCCESS HAVING MARINE RLEATED BUSINESSES DESIGNATED AS ESSENTIAL BUSINESSES. THE 2021 NW MARINA & BOATYARD CONFERENCE WAS HELD AS A VIRTUAL EVENT.


TO ORGANIZE EVENTS WHERE WE PROVIDE FREE BOAT RIDES TO MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC. DUE TO THE IMPACT OF COVID-19, THE 2021 NW PADDLING FESTIVAL (NAME CHANGED TO KAYAK TRY & BUY) WAS CANCELLED.


TO RUN WEBSITES THAT PROVIDE INFORMATION AND SERVICES TO OUR MEMBERS AND PROMOTE THE MARINE INDUSTRY TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC (NMTA.NET, SEATTLEBOATSHOW.COM, AND CLEANMARINAWASHINGTON.ORG).
