DELIVERED BUILDING PERFORMANCE INSTITUTE TRAINING TO 12 STUDENTS THAT INCLUDED CERTIFICATIONS IN BUILDING SCIENCE PRINCIPLES, BUILDING ANALYST TECHNICIAN, AND BUILDING ANALYST PROFESSIONAL. MENTORSHIP WAS ALSO OFFERED TO STUDENTS TO GET THEM MORE HANDS ON TIME WITH THE DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS AND TESTING PROCEDURES.
ATTENDED MULTIPLE CAREER, JOB, AND HOMEOWNERSHIP FAIRS TO HELP INCREASE AWARENESS OF THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY INDUSTRY TO CONTRACTORS, NEW WORKERS, AND HOMEOWNERS. ATTENDED MUTIPLE CONFERENCES AND TRAININGS TO STAY ABREAST OF THE BEST PRACTICES IN THE INDUSTRY. DELIVERED AN INTRODUCTION TO SUSTAINABLE BUILDING TO LOCAL PREAPPRENTICESHIP TRAINING PROGRAMS (PATP'S) INCLUDING PORTLAND YOUTH BUILDERS, PORTLAND OPPORTUNITIES INDUSTRIALIZATION CENTER, CONSTRUCTING HOPE, BLUEPRINT FOUNDATION, LATINOBUILT, AND THE GREEN WORKFORCE ACADEMY.
