COMMUNITY PROGRAMS: FOSTERS AND PROMOTES THE BUSINESS, CIVIC AND GENERAL INTEREST OF RESIDENTS AND VISITORS TO LAUGHLIN, NEVADA THROUGH RELOCATION PACKAGES, MAILING LISTS, MAPS, ETC.
