"LONEWOLF TECHNOLOGY SOFTWARE: SOFTWARE THAT ALLOWS MEMBERS ELECTRONIC ACCESS TO ALL ARIZONA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS STANDARD REAL ESTATE FORMS (WITH UPDATES AND REVISIONS DONE ON A CONTINUING BASIS) AND PROVIDES FOR THE SHARING OF DATA BETWEEN ALL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE SAME TRANSACTION. THE SOFTWARE IS CURRENTLY UTILIZED BY APPROXIMATELY 22,785 MEMBERS. THE EXPENSE FOR THIS BENEFIT WAS 374,486 IN 2021 THROUGH LONEWOLF TECHNOLOGIES. SUPPORT IS PROVIDED THROUGH AAR'S BUSINESS SERVICES TEAM TO A MINIMUM OF 40 CALLERS PER DAY. ADDITIONALLY, FULL DAY TRAINING CLASSES ARE PROVIDED WEEKLY EACH MONTH. OUR SINGLE SIGN ON PLATFORM IS A PLATFORM WE UTILIZE FROM THE CLAREITY COMPANY. IT SIMPLIFIES THE LOGIN PROCESS FOR VARIOUS MEMBER PLATFORMS, WEBSITES AND SEVERAL CORPORATING MLS SYSTEMS. IN 2021, THE SYSTEM WAS UTILIZED BY 21,905 MEMBERS AND THE EXPENSE FOR THIS BENEFIT WAS 374,492.39.
"LEGAL HOTLINE: THE LEGAL HOTLINE MEMBER BENEFIT ALLOWS AAR DESIGNATED BROKER MEMBERS AND AUTHORIZED MANAGERS TO CONTACT AN ATTORNEY FOR GENERAL REAL ESTATE LEGAL ADVICE. CURRENTLY UTILIZED BY 3,122 DESIGNATED RBOKERS AND 504 BROKER DESIGNEES. THIS BENEFIT WAS PROVIDED BY MANNING & KASS, ELLROD, RAMIREZ, TRESTER FOR A PORTION OF THE YEAR AND BY ZELMS ERLICH & MACK LLP FOR THE DURATION OF THE YEAR AT AN ANNUAL COST OF 195,773.96.
