TRAINING PROGRAMS ARE TAILORED TO MEET THE SPECIFIC NEEDS OF ORGANIZATIONS EXPERIENCING RACIAL DISPARITIES. DAIS HELPS THESE ORGANIZATIONS DEVELOP FRAMEWORKS, POLICIES, AND PROCEDURES TO CREATE AN INCLUSIVE CULTURE THAT WILL HELP RETAIN AND NURTURE DIVERSE TALENT AND MAXIMIZE THE BENEFITS OF A DIVERSE WORKFORCE THROUGHOUT THE ORGANIZATION.
