MISSION: WE WALK ALONGSIDE OTHER VISIONARIES WITH GUIDANCE AND RESOURCES TO HELP THEIR MISSION BECOME A REALITY. TO ACHIEVE OUR MISSION WE HELP OTHER COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS (OUR PARTNERS) ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS THROUGH CAPACITY BUILDING SERVICES AND/OR DIRECT FINANCIAL SUPPORT.

AFTER THE HARVEST: AFTER THE HARVEST FIGHTS HUNGER AND IMPROVES NUTRITION WITH FRESH PRODUCE THAT NOT ONLY FILLS THE BELLY, BUT ALSO NOURISHES THE BODY, ALL WHILE REDUCING FOOD WASTE. AFTER THE HARVEST MEETS PEOPLE PARTNERS' FOOD INSECURITIES FUNDING FOCUS. PEOPLE PARTNERS PROVIDED AFTER THE HARVEST FUNDING FOR ITS "FAIR SHARE AND GLEANING PROGRAMS AND WAS CONSULTATIVE IN SUPPORT OF THEIR SWEET CORN GLEAN-A-THON.
PEOPLE PARTNERS' OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDED SUPPORT TWO ORGANIZATIONS THAT BECAME PARTNERS LAST YEAR. SPERO SEEKS TO BUILD COMMUNITY, FOSTER CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, AND ENCOURAGE CREATIVE POTENTIAL FOR YOUTH IN OUR COMMUNITY (ARTS AND EDUCATION FUNDING FOCUSES). UNHURRIED PRESENCE PROVIDES ONLINE CONTENT TO ASSIST A BROAD COMMUNITY IN THEIR SPIRITUAL JOURNEY (EDUCATION FUNDING FOCUS). PEOPLE PARTNERS ALSO HAS A "PEOPLE PARTNERS NOW" FUNDING FOCUS THAT WAS CREATED TO RESPOND QUICKLY TO HUMANITARIAN OR OTHER CRISES AFFECTING OUR COMMUNITIES, AND LAST YEAR WE SUPPORTED THE WORLD CENTRAL KITCHEN TO ASSIST IN THEIR EFFORTS IN RESPONSE TO RUSSIA'S INVASION OF THE UKRAINE (PEOPLE PARTNERS NOW). A SIGNIFICANT PART OF PEOPLE PARTNERS' EFFORTS ALSO INCLUDE SOURCING AND RESEARCHING OTHER POTENTIAL PARTNERS IN OUR COMMUNITY NEEDING SUPPORT.
HOPE INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY: HOPE INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY ESTABLISHED A FOOD PANTRY ON CAMPUS TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO FOOD FOR STUDENTS WITHOUT THE FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO PURCHASE FOOD ON THEIR OWN. HOPE INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY MEETS PEOPLE PARTNERS' FOOD INSECURITIES FUNDING FOCUS. PEOPLE PARTNER PROVIDED HOPE INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY WITH FUNDING TO PURCHASE FOOD AND PERSONAL SUNDRIES AND REFRIGERATION FOR PERISHABLES FOR THEIR FOOD PANTRY, AND WORKED CONSULTATIVELY TO PROVIDE ACCESS, STORAGE AND DISPLAY OF FOOD IAND SUNDRY TEMS AVAILABLE.
