Describe the Organization's Mission:
Part 3 - Line 1
OUR MISSION IS TO FEED THE BODY AND SPIRIT OF THOSE MOST IN NEED IN OUR COMMUNITY THROUGH HUNGER RELIEF EFFORTS. WE PREPARE AND PROVIDE FRESH, HEALTHY MEALS, BECAUSE CHANGE BEGINS WITH A NUTRITIOUS MEAL. WHEN WE MEET OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS OUT ON THE STREETS, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ALONG WITH THE MEALS, WE BRING OUR HUMANITY. WE GET TO KNOW THEM AND ENGAGE IN CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM, BECAUSE EACH OF US NEEDS HUMAN CONNECTION TO FEED US SPIRITUALLY. IT IS OUR HOPE THAT WITH EACH MEAL WE ARE ALSO SPREADING HOPE TO THOSE WHOSE SPIRITS MAY BE WEARY. WITH EACH MEAL, IT IS OUR GOAL TO HELP ENCOURAGE AND INSPIRE POSITIVE CHANGE IN EACH INDIVIDUALS LIVES BY REMINDING THEM THAT WE SEE THEM AND THAT SOMEONE CARES.
