BORDERLANDS RESCUED ALMOST13.9M POUNDS OF FRESH PRODUCE DURING THE 2022-2023 FISCAL YEAR VALUED AT MORE THAN 23M, SUPPLEMENTING NUTRITIOUS MEALS WITH APPROXIMATELY 10.8M POUNDS OF PRODUCE, SERVING ALMOST 1.1M PEOPLE, AND KEEPING 1.8 M POUNDS OF GREEN GAS EMISSIONS FROM LANDFILLS BY PREVENTING THE PRODUCE FROM BEING DUMPED, ALL THE WHILE PROVIDING HEALTHY VEGGIES AND FRUIT TO THE NEEDY.
