EMERGENCY FOOD ASSISTANCE - EHP PROVIDES BOXES OF FOOD TO MEET BASIC NUTRITIONAL NEEDS OF FAMILIES, AS WELL AS OF INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING TEMPORARY EMERGENCY NEEDS OR SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES. EHP ALSO PARTICIPATES IN REGULAR SECOND HARVEST FOOD BANK DISTRIBUTIONS OF FRESH PRODUCE AND THE FAMILY HARVEST PROGRAM SPECIFICALLY FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN.
FURNITURE DISTRIBUTION - EHP HAS A LARGE WAREHOUSE TO STORE AND DISTRIBUTE DONATED FURNITURE IN GOOD CONDITION INCLUDING SOFAS, TABLES, CHAIRS, BEDS, DESKS, APPLIANCES, AND OTHER ITEMS. EHP IS THE ONLY MAJOR SOURCE FOR FURNITURE ON THE MID-PENINSULA.
CLOTHING AND HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS - EHP DISTRIBUTES CLOTHING, FURNITURE AND HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS TO FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS IN NEED.
