MEAL MINISTRY AND FREE SERVICES TO ASSIST THE LOW INCOME AND MARGINALIZED OF OUR COMMUNITY.

DREAM CENTER BISMARCK IS A FAITH-BASED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION THAT FINDS AND FILLS THE NEEDS OF STRUGGLING PEOPLE. THE DREAM CENTER AIMS TO WORK WITH OTHERS TO SATISFY IMMEDIATE NEEDS SUCH AS PROVIDING MEALS BUT WILL ALSO FOCUS ON THE SUCCESSFUL TRANSFORMATION OF PEOPLE'S LIVES, ALL FREE OF CHARGE. OUR ADOPT-A-BLOCK FEEDING PROGRAM IS CURRENTLY DELIVERING GROCERIES TO NEIGHBORHOODS IN THE COMMUNITY THREE EVENINGS EACH WEEK, AND AVAILABLE FOR ON-SITE PICKUPS THREE ADDITIONAL EVENINGS. THE GROCERIES ARE BEING DONATED FROM OTHER FOOD DISTRIBUTION PROGRAMS IN THE STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA, FROM LOCAL GROCERY STORES, AND BAKERIES. A SMALLER PORTION IS ALSO PURCHASED. THE GROCERIES ARE THEN DISTRIBUTED TO FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITY ON-SITE AND AT THREE ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS IN THE COMMUNITY. THE ADOPT-A-BLOCK PROGRAM IS CURRENTLY RUN BY ALL VOLUNTEERS AND BOARD MEMBERS.CONSTRUCTION ON THE NEW BUILDING WAS COMPLETED IN APRIL OF 2022. BEGINNING IN JUNE OF 2022 WE BEGAN OFFERING GREAT START BREAKFASTS, A SACK LUNCH PROGRAM, AND A SPACE FOR COMMUNITY PARTNERS TO PROVIDE FREE PERSONAL SERVICES TO THOSE IN NEED. ADDITIONALLY, FREE COMMUNITY OUTREACH EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES CELEBRATING HOLIDAYS AND OTHER SPECIAL EVENTS ARE OFFERED.THE DREAM CENTER BISMARCK PLANS TO CONTINUE TO EXPAND INTO OTHER PROGRAMMING INTO OTHER AREAS OF NEED FOR COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
