HEAD START ALSO SEEKS TO ASSIST PARENTS AND FAMILIES IN IMPROVING THEIR PARENTING SKILLS, BEING SELF-SUFFICIENT, AND BETTERING THE CONDITIONS IN WHICH THEY LIVE, LEARN AND WORK. 287 CONSTITUENTS SERVED.
