HEAD START / EARLY HEAD START - PROVIDES A COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AGES ZERO TO FIVE YEARS OLD, SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF WHOM COME FROM LOW-INCOME FAMILIES.
LOW-INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHEAP) - PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFYING LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS IN PAYING THEIR ENERGY COSTS.
SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT - PROVIDES COUNSELING, ASSESSMENT AND REFERRAL SERVICES FOR ADULTS AND ADOLESCENTS EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS IN THEIR LIFE DUE TO SUBSTANCE USE OR PROBLEM GAMBLING. COUNSELING IS AVAILABLE ON AN INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP BASIS AND IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO FAMILY MEMBERS AND/OR FRIENDS. ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY PROFESSIONALLY TRAINED AND CERTIFIED STAFF IN A CONFIDENTIAL SETTING.
