HEAD START / EARLY HEAD START - PROVIDES A COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN AGES ZERO TO FIVE YEARS OLD, SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF WHOM COME FROM LOW-INCOME FAMILIES.


VARIOUS OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDING: CSBG, COUNTY OUTREACH, WIC, MATERNAL HEALTH, 1ST FIVE, LIHWAP, WEATHERIZATION, SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER PREVENTION & TREATMENT, AND VARIOUS OTHER SMALL PROGRAMS.


LOW-INCOME HOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (LIHEAP) - PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO QUALIFYING LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS IN PAYING THEIR ENERGY COSTS.


CHILD AND ADULT CARE FOOD PROGRAM ASSISTANCE - PROVIDES REIMBURSEMENTS FOR NUTRITIOUS MEALS AND SNACKS TO CHILDREN IN CENTER BASED HEAD START AND EARLY HEAD START IN ADDITION TO HOME CARE PROVIDERS ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE WELLNESS, HEALTHY GROWTH, AND DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG CHILDREN.
