MISTER CARES FOUNDATION STRIVES TO MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT IN THE LIVES OF OUR TEAM MEMBERS BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THOSE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. THE FOUNDATION IS FUNDED THROUGH THE GENEROUS CONTRIBUTIONS OF EXISTING TEAM MEMBERS AND DONATIONS FROM OTHER STAKEHOLDERS INVOLVED WITH MISTER CAR WASH. IN THE YEAR 2022, THE FOUNDATION WAS ABLE TO FUND 490 FINANCIAL HARDSHIP GRANTS FOR A TOTAL OF $465,833.
IN 2022, THE FOUNDATION PAID $50,000 FOR 20 INSPIRING FUTURES SCHOLARSHIPS. POTENTIAL RECIPIENTS HAD TO APPLY AND SUBMIT AN ESSAY DESCRIBING THEIR EDUCATIONAL GOALS. RECIPIENTS INCLUDED MISTER EMPLOYEES AND DEPENDENTS THAT WERE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN AN ACCREDITED HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION.
