RSA PERFORMS VARIOUS PROGRAMS IN CONJUNCTION WITH LESSENING THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT, IN THIS CASE THE CITY OF BELOIT, BY OWNING AND OPERATING A MULTI-PURPOSE FACILITY AND MAKING IT AVAILABLE FOR USE BY VARIOUS COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS. IN 2022, THE STADIUM WAS USED BY APPROXIMATELY 100,000 PERSONS. THE EVENTS HELD AT THE STADIUM INCLUDED MINOR LEAGUE BASEBALL GAMES, LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL SPORTING EVENTS, LOCAL COLLEGE SPORTING EVENTS, 4TH OF JULY CELEBRATION, MOVIE NIGHTS AND NUMEROUS OTHER COMMUNITY EVENTS.
