TILLAMOOK COAST VISITORS ASSOCIATION STRATEGICALLY INVESTED FUNDS TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF TOURISM AND TOURISM-SERVING BUSINESSES DURING 202. THE TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY WAS ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC WHICH TOOK PLACE BEGINNING IN MARCH AND WAS STILL IN EFFECT THE FIRST SIX MONTHS OF 2021. TCVA WAS ABLE TO ASSIST LOCAL BUSINESSES BY PRODUCING CONSISTENT MESSAGING AND COLLATERAL, ENCOURAGING PUBLIC SAFETY THROUGH WEARING MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING. TCVA IS THE RECONGNIZED LEADER IN DESTINATION MANAGEMENT AND REGIONAL COORDINATION FOR SUSTAINABLE TOURISM, COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP, AND STEWARDSHIP MESSAGING. SUCCESSFUL PROGRAMS AND EVENTS SUCH AS THE NORTH COAST FOOD TRAIL PROMOTE ECONOMIC GROWTH FOR FARMERS AND PRODUCERS ON THE TILLAMOOK COAST. THE FACILITIES GRANTS PROVIDE INVESTMENT INTO TOURISM CAPITAL PROJECTS.
