OFFICE EXPENSES - PROVIDED STUDENTS CLASSROOM SUPPLIES AND TOOLS NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THE PROGRAM. CUSTOM CURRICULUM BOOKS WERE CREATED USING MATERIAL FUNDS TO UTILIZE DURING CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION.
CONSULTING FEES - REACHED OUT TO DIFFERENT CONSULTANTS TO COLLABORATE ON DIFFERENT IDEAS TO RECRUIT MORE STUDENTS. FEW IDEAS WE WILL BE FOCUSING ON ARE PARTNERING WITH DEPARTMENT OF REHABILITATION,SURROUNDING HIGH SCHOOLS, OUTREACH EVENTS, AND VETERAN CENTERS. ADDITIONALLY, THE CURRICULUM WAS ABLE TO BE STRENGHTENED TO FOCUS ON THE AREAS WHERE STUDENTS NEEDED THE MOST ASSISTANCE.
INSTRUCTOR FEES - EMPLOYED ENOUGH INSTRUCTORS BASED ON STUDENTS ENROLLED. STUDENT-INSTRUCTOR RATIO WAS 15 STUDENTS TO ONE TEACHER. BY DOING SO WE WERE ABLE TO MAINTAIN SMALL CLASS SIZES ALLOWING INSTRUCTORS TO CONTRIBUTE A BETTER LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR STUDENTS BY FOCUSING ON THE NEEDS OF INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS.
