NC LEAP - SUPPORTING STUDENTS AND FAMILIES IN ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, FOCUSED LEADERSHIP, WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, AND TOOLS FOR CAREER EXPLORATION FOR STUDENTS BEGINNING IN 6TH GRADE, COMMITTED TO ACCEPTING MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS AND FOLLOWING THEIR PROGRESS UNTIL AGE 22
AS WE DEVELOP AND COORDINATE TANGIBLE SERVICES TO MEET THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN LIVING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, WE ARE CREATING A COALITION OF ORGANIZATIONS TO BUILD A CONTINUUM THAT SUPPORTS YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES FROM AGE 5 TO ADULTHOOD.
