IN DOING SO, WE'RE CREATING LONG-TERM SOLUTIONS TO SOME OF THE BIGGEST ISSUES OF OUR TIME, INCLUDING THE CLIMATE CRISIS, FACTORY FARMING, AND FRACTURED RURAL ECONOMIES.
