WATER FILTRATION: TO PROVIDE CLEAN DRINKING WATER THROUGH FILTRATION THAT REMOVES THE PARASITES AND TOXINS THAT PROMOTE DISEASE.
RECONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR: TO REPAIR, PAINT, CLEAN, OR OTHERWISE MAKE HABITABLE SHELTER AND FACILITIES.
