DELIVERED CARE BAGS TO NEWLY DIAGNOSED WOMEN AND MEN, PROVIDING THEM WITH SUPPORT RESOURCES, PERSONAL CARE ITEMS, AND EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR DISEASE, TREATMENT, AND SURVIVORSHIP.
