CHIP HOME VISITATION SERVICES - 651 CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 7, FROM 378 FAMILIES RECEIVED VISITS FROM CHIP PARENT EDUCATORS AND NURSES. 5,347 HOME VISITS WERE MADE BY PARENT EDUCATORS AND NURSES. 100% OF CHILDREN RECEIVED DEVELOPMENTAL SCREENING AND 85% OF PRENATAL ENROLLEES RECEIVED RECOMMENDED PRENATAL CARE AND HAD HEALTHY BIRTH OUTCOMES. SLEEP TIGHT PROVIDES CRIBS AND SIDS EDUCATION TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES THROUGHOUT HAMPTON ROADS.
